Mr. Wen is further appointed as Investment Advisor of Uni Core Holdings Corporation in April 2010, responsible for the Greater China region, especially the review of investment projects in China.

Held senior finance positions in various industries with extensive exposure in China manufacturing, watches and jewelry retailing, computer numerical control machine trading, etc with more than 20 years of experience in financial management.

Chief Auditor, Chen Wan Xiao
Ms. Chen served as Group Managing Director; Company Secretary; Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Group Auditor of APT Paper Group Limited (previously known as Jinlong Paper Products Co., Ltd.) in China from 2006 to 2009. In April 2010, Ms. Chen is appointed by Uni Core Holdings Corporation as Group Financial Advisor.
